Am I eligible for a scholarship?

The Blockchain Academy is on a mission to make world-class, blockchain education available to people of all backgrounds and ages.

We have a scholarship program available designed to make our training programs accessible to people from different economic situations. In particular we focus on young people under 21 years of age, older people over 70 years of age and those with a particular area of research or project focus that would benefit from our training. However we will consider applications of all types and our fee waiver will be individually considered for each applicant.

In some cases we also have partner-sponsored places available.

Successful scholarship applications mean that students can have majority of their fees waived, based on an assessment of their means.

All students are required to pay a non-refundable* administration fee.

HOW TO APPLY

  • Educational status (if you are currently in an education program
  • Current occupation
  • Academic or practical field of interest
  • Research focus

* All applicants are eligible to apply for a scholarship to reduce tuition fees. Please note that a non-refundable administration fee applies to every course place, regardless of the amount of tuition fees covered by a scholarship or any other discount. Payment of this administration fee is required to secure your course place and will not be refunded under any circumstances, including if you are later awarded a scholarship, withdraw, or are unable to attend the course. By submitting an application and paying the administration fee, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Refunds for tuition fees (excluding the administration fee) are available up to 2 weeks before the start of the course. After this deadline, no refunds of tuition fees will be issued.
