Eleanor Wilson

Founding President

A philosophy and political science graduate of King's College London and the Humboldt University in Berlin, Eleanor has worked in a number of fast-paced sectors from investment banking and corporate law in the City of London to international development in Africa and Latin America, providing sustainable development consultancy at a presidential level.

She is the Head of Communications at the World Impact Forum, headquartered in the UAE and a strategy consultant for a wide range of blockchain innovation impact projects. A life-long student of economics and financial systems, Eleanor attended the very first UK-based Bitcoin meet-up held in East London and since then has spoken on the subject on national TV shows and venues including MIT, the Harvard Club, NASDAQ, New York Bar Association and the New York Academy of Medicine.

Mitch Burcham

Head of Advanced Studies

Mitch is the National Director of Blockchain technologies for the Task Force on National & Homeland Security, author of the national security report Grid on the Edge, a strategic advisor to the Save Our Grid Campaign and an international, award-winning speaker. Mitch brings his deep expertise in the Bitcoin blockchain to the Blockchain Academy, where he designs and oversees the advanced programs.

Mitch studied Applied Physics at the Colorado School of Mines before transitioning to entrepreneurship, founding startups in the blockchain and AI sectors. He is the founder of Binary Distributed Technologies, a blockchain-based tech solutions company focused on strategic redesign of the American electric grid.

Guido Napoli

Director of Client Relations

Guido is a multilingual professional with a global upbringing, having lived in Colombia, Argentina, the USA, Canada, France, and England as the son of a diplomat. He studied Marketing, Accounting, and Finance at university in Buckinghamshire, UK, and has since built a diverse career spanning the precious metals, marketing and communications and management consulting industries

Passionate about academic research, Guido focuses his enquiries on political history, Austrian School economics, and global current affairs. Furthermore, since graduating from the Blockchain Academy, he has developed deep expertise in Bitcoin and blockchain technologies, positioning him as a knowledgeable and enthusiastic ambassador for the Academy. Guido currently resides in Milan, Italy.

Samantha Pilbeam

Client relationship manager

With a strong background in relationship management, sales, and negotiation, Samantha acts as a key point of contact for individuals and business owners considering the Academy’s programmes. Her role includes coordinating enrolments, managing onboarding logistics, facilitating payments, and ensuring a seamless and well-supported client experience from first enquiry through to participation.

Samantha brings a diverse professional background spanning legal recruitment, international hospitality and property management, with extensive experience working with high-net-worth clientele in dynamic environments. She is a qualified Welbeing Practitioner, Tony Robbins’ Mastery University graduate and a celebrated international speaker on themes of and conscious leadership, sovereignty and personal wellbeing, infusing all her interactions with a people-centred approach that reflects the Academy’s commitment to education, integrity, and long-term thinking.
